With 18 years as a lawyer, plus a four-year break in the middle to create and run two businesses, Tammi knows how to give legal advice that actually works for SMEs. She also knows how unhelpful it is when a lawyer’s idea of proactive is to say, “Tell us what you need, and we’ll draft it for you.”

Ally is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with a specialisation in tax. Ally provides strategic advice to a diverse portfolio of clients, including multinational companies, high-net-worth individuals, emerging businesses and accountants. Her practice encompasses a broad range of tax and commercial matters, however she particularly enjoys, Federal and State business tax reviews and strategic advice, business structuring and re-structuring, debt and equity funding, drafting and negotiating contracts and business and share sale and purchases.

With a combination of commercial and tax experience, Ally is known for navigating complex tax transactions with a commercial mind. She regularly assists accountants with technical queries, including roll-over relief, payroll tax reviews, transfer and landholder duty reviews, indirect tax treatment, employee taxes and incentives, and assisting with ATO and State Revenue authority reviews.

Ally is committed to delivering a well thought through and beneficial transaction for her clients.

Sophie is a dedicated and passionate solicitor who is committed to assisting others.
